Risk Teesukonu [I don't take risk]

This is my first Telugu translation and the best till date. Originally written in Marathi by an anonymous poet. It was published in Andhra Jyothi newspaper. Below this poem, you can also find another poem by a feminist poet.

 

In reply to the translated poem above, a strong feminist poet Smt. Kondepudi Nirmala wrote a poem titled "Risk Teesukuntanu", which was published in the same newspaper the next week.

Aame vellipoyina roju. [The day she was gone]

This is perhaps one of the bests of my translations. Originally written in Marathi by Namdev Dhasal, translated in to English by Dilip Chitre and in to Telugu by me. It was published in Andhra Jyothi, Sunday Special magazine.
